I want you to meet the people that I respect in their areas of expertise. I have a Sports Scientist, Mental Performance Specialist, Bike fitter who also has his Kinesiologist degree and a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Greg Dumanior

Sports Scientist

Greg duManoir has a PhD in exercise physiology with interest and expertise in cardiorespiratory fitness, fitness appraisal & exercise prescription, advanced training methods and athlete monitoring. He is currently a Senior Instructor and Laboratory Director within the School of Health and Exercise Sciences at the University of British Columbia Okanagan.

Chris Collins

Strength and Conditioning Specialist 

Chris Collins graduated with a Master of Science degree in physiology which was research-based and resulted in publications in scientific journals.  Chris  obtain a strength and conditioning certification (CSCS) in Pomona California. Chris established Okanagan Peak Performance to enhance both the enjoyment and performance of athletes in sport. Today Okanagan Peak Performance is the resource for athletic conditioning and education. 


Meshkat Javid

Bike Fitter / Master Mechanic

Undergraduate degree from UBCO in Human Kinetics, 15 years as a professional bicycle mechanic . Member of Professional Bicycle Mechanic Association (PBMA). 10 years of Professional Bicycle Fitting Experience , riding and racing bicycles for 22 years. Meshkat now owns and operates The Lions Cyclery in Kelowna BC.

Shaunna Taylor

Mental Performance Specialist

PhD – Health Sciences – Psychopedagogy / Sports Psychology. Over 18 years experience consulting and providing athlete and coach support; grassroots sport to high performance Olympic/Paralympic sport; mental preparation and health screening, goal setting, conflict resolution, stress management, body image and disordered eating prevention, athlete transition planning.
