Any endurance sports take time to see gains in fitness.  The 3-month mark is necessary to see progress for you.

Over the 3 months, we will


  • find a workload that works with your schedule
  • set specific fitness goals
  • pinpoint your strengths and areas for improvement
  • have a fully custom training plan
Are you new to road cycling and would like to learn bike handling and group riding? This one-day clinic will help you on your way to being a confident road cyclist.

By the end of this day, you will have new found skills in these areas

  • straight line riding
  • braking
  • descending
  • cornering
