I had been asked for years when I was going to do my own podcast.  I had been a guest on close to 25 podcast (check them out here) but I had never been “called” to start one myself.  I was bored with format of podcast – get an expert on and talk about all the the topics  Then one day it simply hit me. “Real Men Don’t Cry. Or Do They?”.
